Spring Break Part 2

The second part of our week was jam packed with fun too! One of the major highlights of the week was getting to go to DISNEYLAND!!!
Disneyland- It was so fun taking all the kids to "The Happiest Place on Earth". I just adore Disneyland and loved getting to watch Maddie experience it for the first time, and I was so glad Scottie was there too.
 The Whole Group
We all spent most of the day together and went on all the family rides we could, starting out with It's a Small World.
 The Parkers at Disneyland
On It's a Small World. Madison really liked this ride.
 Playing at the Tarzan Park
Ok this is my favorite thing ever!!! The Disney parade was Madison's favorite part of the day, and we ended up watching both parades, just to see her adorable reaction to the characters, songs, and dancing.
Our little princess walking through the castle
Meeting Mickey Mouse!!! So exciting because Madison loves all the Mickey Mouse Club characters and she got to meet most of them.
 Toon Town was a blast
The 2nd parade. This time Grandpa got to see her reaction!
Thanks to helpers we were able to ride all the major rides, and here we are on Space Mountain, I think Scottie knew the pic was coming up!!! LOL. It was a great day at Disneyland that ended with an amazing firework show. Madison also loved the fireworks, which made me so happy!

Legoland- On Friday Austin and Abby went to Legoland with us. Mom, Dad, Auds, and April's crew had to head out so we said goodbye. We enjoyed the slower pace of this park and even spent time at the water park and aquarium.
Legoland
Looks like the law finally cut up to these crazy "wolf pack" members!
Legoland's water park. Maddie loved swimming and going down all the slides.
The aquarium

Whale Watch-We ended our California vacation Saturday morning with an amazing whale watch at Dana Point Harbor.
Our trusty ship. We happened to watch Captain Phillips the night before...very fitting if you ask me. No pirate attacks for us though.
At one point our boat was surrounded by hundreds of dolphins! It lasted for almost an hour and was totally amazing. Madison was so excited and kept pointing and saying "Dolphins swimming, dolphins jumping!"
These pics don't even come close to doing justice for the real thing.
Some sea lions too. Even though we didn't see any whales, we had a great time with all the dolphins.
Precious!

Thank you Mom and Dad for the wonderful vacation. It was so nice to spend time together as a family, we appreciate all the opportunities you give us to do fun things together!!! Here's to an amazing Spring Break 2014.
