Scottie was able to get a day off for his birthday so we took a little get away with some friends and stayed at Garin's cabin. The Schultz went up with us Thursday evening and we got settled in and roasted some marshmallows with the girls. Then the Roegners joined us Friday for some fun in Park City. We went to Spider Mountain and Olympic Park. Saturday we made breakfast and then loaded up and headed home where Maddie and I continued to celebrate Dad's birthday.
Camp fire time!
Madison's first time roasting a marshmallow
I love how these two girls LOVE each other!
The whole crew at Spider Mountain, an indoor play place for the kiddos.
We all took turns riding this two story slide. It was FAST.
We found this amazing park and had lunch, let the kids play, the boys played some basketball, and we had Laura's yummy rice cripsy treats in honor of her and Scottie's birthdays. Next we headed up to the Olympic Park and ventured around.
After playing around we went out to dinner and went back to the cabin for some more fun.
Saturday morning, after a crazy night of playing Beanboozled. That is a game with yucky jelly belly flavors...you can imagine how the rest went:)
Back at home. Daddy in his birthday circle.
I let Madison pick out some presents for Dad on her own, and it was fun to see what she got for herself "for Him". LOL. Happy Birthday Scottie, we both love you!
